Where are you located?

We're located in Fort McMurray, Alberta Canada and are currently home based business.

Do you offer shipping?

YES! Currently we only ship within Canada.

Evermore Kookie works hard to get your orders processed for shipment within 1-2 business days unless otherwise indicated on the website header. Increased processing times are usually due to a sale we are having or being on vacation, but we always keep it up to date.

 
All orders are shipped with Canada Post. Transit times vary by location and the average to expect is noted on your shipping method at the checkout. It can fluctuate depending on the time of year and other environmental factors that affect the speed in which the postal service can operate at.

Only products from the Evermore Kookie Shop is available for shipment.

Do you take custom cookie orders?

I am currently still taking custom cookie orders (Space is limited)

Evermore Kookie does have a Monthly Kookie Box available for local pick up and will continue to have holiday presales.

Cookies are also available at Exhale Yoga and Barr, a local Fort McMurray Yoga studio.

What happens if my orders does not show up?

Delays and losses are completely out of our hands.


Delays are much more common with the impacts of Covid-19 on the postal service and customers should be aware that orders can take a bit longer to arrive.  


When there is tracking, at least we can confirm a delay. In the case that your item shows as delivered but hasn't been, we can open a case on it.


Our policy is that an order must be missing for 2 months before we look at replacement or a refund - this gives it time to come back to us if that's what it's in the process of doing.


Shipping fees must be paid by the customer for replacement packages and refunds are issued at half of the product value, minus the shipping fee.

We will work with you to reach a solution and it will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

We are only human and mistakes will happen. 

Please let us know and we will get the product to you as soon as possible.

I love the store but you do not carry one of my favorite products, can you get it for me?

Cancellation/Returns on orders

Orders are final sale, returns are not allowed. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us right away.

We all miss adding something to the cart every now and again.

We have no problem combining orders as long as the initial order is still in our possession and not out for shipping already.
